These guys at Global Trust are total family people. They're kind and understanding and walked my hubby through the process of buying a beautiful diamond princess cut ring for our 10 year anniversary to replace the little one we got at the beginning of our marriage. Later, on my birthday we got the matching engagement ring! Then at Christmas another gorgeous pair of ear rings showed up... My husband is a manly guy and doesn't like to shop at all! They took such good care of him. Also he didn't want to share prices with me of course but I got the idea the he got a great deal too.

Jesse James Enterprises Review

Jessica practically saved my life. I went into her store pretty much resigned to pay a certain price and she helped me to save thousands. She found me a larger diamond that I thought possible and gave me a fantastic deal on it. On top of that the diamond was beautiful and completely eye clean. I've had people tell me that it looks so perfect it almost looks fake. It wasn't even in their inventory at the time, I felt very privileged that she would show me such a fantastic diamond. On top of that, she helped me get a custom ring  from a big name designer with a great deal when I was under the gun. The ring was supposed to take 4-6 weeks to craft and I was leaving for Hawaii to pop the question in 30 days. She was on the ball in the week before I left for Hawaii, calling me every day without prompting to give me status updates. To my great relief, the ring arrived the day before my flight and everything went perfectly and my fiance loved the results. I highly recommend Jessica and I will be going back for wedding bands.

Giraux Fine Jewelry Review

I loved shopping at Giraux! I recently got engaged and began to shop for my ring with my fiance. We both needed an education on buying fine jewelry. Sako and Judy were the two who spent the most time with us and they were amazing. In describing what we wanted, Sako pointed out stones that he knew would be right for us.

I know several people at the gift center, so it was difficult to shop around. I felt as though I was betraying my friends and should buy from all of them. They completely understood what a difficult process this was. I received nothing but support and patience while shopping here. It was the best possible experience we could have had given that we were shopping for what seems like one of the most impactful purchases you'll make in your life. I ended up buying a beautiful diamond from Giraux and the setting from Prestige Jewelers and could not have asked for two better partners in helping us with this process.

Just Diamonds Review

I wanted to change my engagement ring to the band I want and I've been to Derco and the other stores inside 888 Brannan and I remembered my coworker telling me about Just Diamonds since that's where she changed her band as well. My fiance and I went in there w/o an appointment but John was more than happy to help us out, and since I knew what I wanted, it made it that much easier! John is very knowledgeable about the jewelry and the business, although he advised me on a size 6/12 instead of a 7 which I knew fit me well, I went with the 6 1/2 instead, but after a few days of wearing it, it was tighter than I expected so I called John and see if he can resize it to a 7 for me, no problem! He was super accommodating and it took about 2 hours for everything to get done with no charge! that is service. The whole fam bam is super nice and we will be coming back for our wedding bands!
