I wanted to change my engagement ring to the band I want and I've been to Derco and the other stores inside 888 Brannan and I remembered my coworker telling me about Just Diamonds since that's where she changed her band as well. My fiance and I went in there w/o an appointment but John was more than happy to help us out, and since I knew what I wanted, it made it that much easier! John is very knowledgeable about the jewelry and the business, although he advised me on a size 6/12 instead of a 7 which I knew fit me well, I went with the 6 1/2 instead, but after a few days of wearing it, it was tighter than I expected so I called John and see if he can resize it to a 7 for me, no problem! He was super accommodating and it took about 2 hours for everything to get done with no charge! that is service. The whole fam bam is super nice and we will be coming back for our wedding bands!
